Class booking for martial arts schools, with a class for every level
Give the kids’ class, the beginners and the advanced group each their own weekly timetable. Students, or the parents of younger ones, book places up to what their membership covers, instructors take attendance, and the notices you pin appear at the top of their schedule.

Each level or belt group is its own class
Make a class for the youngest children, one for juniors, one for adult beginners and one for students from green belt up. Each has its own weekly timetable, its own number of places on the mat and its own invite link, so students see only the classes they belong to. When a student moves up, send them the next class’s link and remove them from the old one. Keep each student’s belt and last grading in your private notes on them, which they never see.
Training limits that follow each membership
If the standard membership covers two sessions a week, give the class a weekly limit of two, and weekbase checks it on every booking. A student on a bigger plan gets a higher limit of their own, and one who is injured can be paused with “Suspend booking” until they are back. Note each student’s renewal day as well, and weekbase reminds them the day before their fee is due.
Gradings and seminars, pinned where students look
Pin a notice to the classes it concerns: a grading on Saturday, a seminar next month, a change of hall. Show it on the days it matters, for a period, or until you remove it. It appears at the top of each student’s schedule, and you can send them a notification when you post it.
Questions people ask
Can instructors check students in without seeing everything?
Yes. Invite them with the class’s team code, which is separate from your students’ link. They see the schedule from the start and nothing else. Switch on “See attendee names” and “Run the session”, and they can see who is booked, mark who came, cancel a no-show and book a student in at the door. You can also switch on “Edit the weekly schedule” for a head instructor.
Can someone try a week of training before joining?
Yes. Send them a one-week link for the classes they want to try. They book that week up to your weekly limit, and their access ends by itself after Sunday, so there is no one to remove. If they join, make them an ongoing member in one tap.
Who books for the kids’ class?
Parents, from their own accounts: weekbase accounts are for adults. In each class, an account books one place per session and one session per day, and everything it books counts toward one weekly limit. So two siblings in the same class need two accounts, such as one for each parent.
What does weekbase cost a martial arts school?
Nothing. Every class, every student and every booking is free, with no trial that runs out and no card to enter. weekbase does not take or process your students’ payments, so it takes no cut of them.
